The Bonnabel Haus is a joyful space that pays homage to simpler times, with handpicked features that enhance its charm. A favorite is the foyer light, bought at an estate sale in St. Francisville, originally from an old service station in Zachary, LA, and lovingly restored. The backyard offers a cozy spot with a small pool, perfect for cooling off on hot Louisiana days. Please note, the pool is drained from October to April when it's too cool to enjoy.
Other Details to Note
If it’s been raining, the backyard tends to stay a little wet so the fire pit may not be useable and your pups may get muddy if left unattended outside. Pet fee of $75/pet Guest Rental Agreement, Security Deposit, & ID Verification Required: ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. Neighborhood
Robert is a small town one red light sort of a town which is only 15 minutes from world class dining. The neighborhood is a quiet one but that's why I like it!
Guest Access
Guests have access to everything except one small linen closet used for storage and the shed in the backyard. Enjoy!
