Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Private and peaceful, his camper is just cozy enough without feeling cramped. Also equipped with a Murphy bed that I folds up and converts into a couch during the day as well as a booth dinette that converts to a bed. There is a full bath and glass enclosed shower big enough for someone over 6' and separate pedestal toilet. The slide makes for ample space to hangout. Also included is high speed internet and a smart TV.
Good to know
The main bed is a Murphy bed that when up has a couch under it. When the bed is folded down, it’s a queen bed with a heated mattress and a memory foam top for extra comfort. The second bed is located in the booth. The table top is brought down, and the cushions are rearranged to form the bed. It’s specious enough for two but not as long as a normal size bed. There is a full service bathroom with a shower comfortable enough for someone over 6’, a stand alone toilet, a vanity and storage closet with room for storage. There is a three burner gas stove, a microwave, kitchen sink and gas stove in the kitchen in addition to an optional exterior gas grill and counter space to be able to cook outside. There is ample storage inside and outside of the camper as well as two “closets” with hangers. There are also two folding Camp chairs provided. Camper comes equipped with all basic airbnb amenities including toiletries and cookware.
Other Details to Note
There is another airbnb on the property, while your spaces will be completely separate from one another, you will have to utilize the same driveway to reach the camper. Please be respectful of other guests nearby as we ask them to do the same for you. Note that this is a camper with propane that needs to be turned on to use the stove and oven. There are also grey and black water tanks that will be empty upon arrival but if you fill them during your stay, you will be responsible for emptying them so be conscious of water usage if you'd like to not do this yourself. **GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED** All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Security deposit is $1000 or you have the option to pay a $50 non refundable insurance waiver in place of the security deposit for all stays under 10 days. Inquire for more information.

Guest Access
Guests will have sole access to the camper and the area immediately outside of the camper. Please do not use the porches on the neighboring house or their fire pit, parking, etc.
