With three individually styled bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a maximum occupancy of six guests in its actual beds, the home offers space for family visits, ABAC events, work assignments, extended stays, weekend getaways, and overnight stops along I-75 while remaining welcoming to other suitable travelers. 🏡 The Space 🛋️ Living Room and Workspace The bright living room pairs hardwood floors and natural light with a large sectional where the group can settle in for conversation, a movie, or a quiet evening. A TV anchors the entertainment area, while a dedicated desk and chair provide a practical workspace for remote work, online classes, or trip planning. 🕹️ Dining, Games, and Music The dining and game room is the personality-filled heart of the house. A generous table provides space for meals, coffee, games, or conversation. Orange seating, a leafy feature wall, colorful accents, and the neon “Stay Groovy” sign create its memorable retro style. The fully equipped space includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, baking sheet, cookware, dishes, utensils, glassware, wine glasses, BBQ utensils, cooking basics, and starter supplies. 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements The primary bedroom offers a king bed, dramatic dark accent wall, rust-toned curtains and details, hardwood floors, and warm bedside lighting for a moodier retreat from the home’s brighter gathering spaces. The second bedroom features a queen bed, pink floral accent wall, and cheerful pops of color that make the room playful, inviting, and comfortable. The third bedroom has a queen bed, neutral colors, hardwood floors, and abundant natural light. Maximum occupancy is six guests, including adults and children. 🛁 Bathrooms, Toiletries, and Starter Supplies The primary bathroom and hallway bathroom help groups get ready comfortably. Features include a spacious double vanity and a tub-and-shower combination. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, a hair dryer, hot water, cleaning products, and starter supplies are provided. Longer stays may require additional toiletries and consumables. 🧺 Laundry and Longer Stays A separate laundry room provides a washer and dryer. A covered front porch and cheerful red door provide a welcoming arrival. 🚗 Parking Parking is provided in the covered carport and private driveway, giving guests convenient access close to the home’s entrance. A maximum of three guest vehicles is allowed. Please keep all vehicles in the designated parking areas and do not park on lawns, sidewalks, or neighboring property. 🐾 Pets We're happy to allow SOME pets with a few requirements: • All pets must be approved prior to your stay. • No unauthorized pets. Day visitors are permitted, but the total number of registered guests and visitors on the property may not exceed the property’s maximum occupancy at any time.
