These restrictions apply to short-term stays of less than 30 days. Noise Policy: This home is in a peaceful, scenic area. Please respect quiet hours and be considerate of the surrounding neighborhood. No Smoking or Vaping: Strictly smoke-free property. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations. Streaming Services: Smart TVs are available in all bedrooms and living areas. Guests may need to log into their own streaming accounts. Winter Travel Advisory: 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended, especially in winter. The driveway is plowed regularly, but snow and ice buildup can still occur. Guests should be prepared for winter driving conditions. We are not responsible for stuck vehicles.
