This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). We understand that security deposits can feel like an added hassle, so we offer the smaller non-refundable insurance waiver as an alternative for shorter stays. This option provides peace of mind for both you and us, covering common accidental damages—such as a spilled drink or a broken dish—without requiring a large upfront payment.
