If it’s been raining, the backyard tends to stay a little wet so the fire pit may not be useable and your pups may get muddy if left unattended outside. **GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED** All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Security deposit is $1000 or you have the option to pay a $50 non refundable insurance waiver in place of the security deposit for all stays under 10 days. Inquire for more information. Robert is a small town one red light sort of a town which is only 15 minutes from world class dining. The neighborhood is a quiet one but that's why I like it!
