Gather by the wood-burning stove or gas fireplace, and enjoy the peace of front and back porches. With warm, inviting spaces, this home feels like your personal haven.

House Rules & Important Information Noise Policy: This home is in a peaceful, scenic area. Please respect quiet hours and be considerate of the surrounding neighborhood. No Smoking or Vaping: Strictly smoke-free property. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations. AC/Heat: Please note, the house does not have air conditioning, but the cool mountain air makes it comfortable on summer nights. Simply open the windows to let in the refreshing breeze, and use the provided fans for added comfort. Winter Travel Advisory: 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended, especially in winter. The driveway is plowed regularly, but snow and ice buildup can still occur. Guests should be prepared for winter driving conditions. We are not responsible for stuck vehicles. Guest Requirements & Security Deposit Options: Guest Rental Agreement, Security Deposit, & ID Verification Required All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit before receiving Arrival Instructions. Security Deposit Options $50 non-refundable insurance waiver (required for stays under 10 days). Option for a refundable security deposit instead—please inquire for details. We understand that security deposits can feel like an added hassle, so we offer the $50 insurance waiver as an alternative for shorter stays. This option provides peace of mind for both you and us, covering common accidental damages—such as a spilled drink or a broken dish—without requiring a large upfront payment.
