We understand that security deposits can feel like an added hassle, so we offer the smaller non-refundable insurance waiver as an alternative for shorter stays. This option provides peace of mind for both you and us, covering common accidental damages—such as a spilled drink or a broken dish—without requiring a large upfront payment. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for all guests while maintaining the beauty and comfort of our home. As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. While the home offers complete privacy, your hosts are just a message away should you need anything before or during your stay. PLEASE NOTE: There is another airbnb on site (the camper) which will share a driveway with you. We just ask that you are respectful of any guests who may be there as we’ve asked the same of them for you.
