The adjacent dining area has a sturdy wood table with room for six—ideal for family dinners, game nights, or lingering conversations over coffee. The open layout ensures you’ll never miss a moment while prepping meals or cleaning up. 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements – Sleeps 6 Adults Comfortably Primary Suite A peaceful retreat at the far end of the home, the oversized primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, large dresser, and smart TV. Soft light filters in through the windows, making it the perfect spot for an afternoon rest or lazy morning. The en suite bathroom offers a spa-like experience, complete with a deep soaking tub, separate glass-door shower, double-sink vanity, and a large walk-in closet with plenty of space to unpack and settle in. Bedroom 2 Located off its own private hallway, this bedroom is quiet and calming, featuring a queen bed and generous closet. It’s a great option for couples or older children who want a bit of space to themselves. Bedroom 3 This cozy room includes a daybed with a full-size mattress and a pull-out twin bed tucked beneath. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). We understand that security deposits can feel like an added hassle, so we offer the smaller non-refundable insurance waiver as an alternative for shorter stays. This option provides peace of mind for both you and us, covering common accidental damages—such as a spilled drink or a broken dish—without requiring a large upfront payment. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for all guests while maintaining the beauty and comfort of our home. As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. ❌No pets. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250/pet fee. ❌No Smoking or Vaping: This is strictly a smoke-free property. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations. 🤫Noise Policy: This home is in a peaceful, scenic area. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM, and be considerate of the surrounding neighborhood. PLEASE NOTE: There is another airbnb on the property, while your spaces will be completely separate from one another, you will have to utilize the same driveway to reach the camper. ✅ Guests will have sole access to the house including the designated parking, fire pit, porches, etc. 🔐Access is via a secure lockbox or smart lock system — arrival details will be sent once the rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit or damage waiver are completed. While the home offers complete privacy, your hosts are just a message away should you need anything before or during your stay. PLEASE NOTE: There is another airbnb on site (the camper) which will share a driveway with you. We just ask that you are respectful of any guests who may be there as we’ve asked the same of them for you.
